Welcome to the home of the Sycamore Aves Swimming!

Sycamore Aves Swimming is one of the leading swimming schools in Ohio. The Sycamore Aves have been involved in competitive swimming since 1971 with swimmers moving on to National and Olympic rankings. Sycamore swimmers, divers, water polo players and academic candidates have produced a long list of All-Americans, going back to 1975.

Coaches Hellwig and Hartman invite all parents and players to a team meeting on August 3 at Sycamore High School.

Water Polo Practice to start August 4
Coaches Hellwig and Hartman will hold the first WP practice at 10:00 a.m. at Blue Ash Rec Center.

Water Polo Coach Nick Hellwig announces Assistant Coach hired.
Elizabeth Hartman has been announced as the assistant boys and girls water polo coach. She also attended the University of Dayton and played with Nick and his sister.

Nick Hellwig, a social studies teacher at Sycamore, has taken on the head coaching position for both teams.
